During her school years, Lena completed internships at the Chemnitz Schauspielhaus and sat in on the production of "My Fair Lady" at the Chemnitz Opera House. After graduating from high school, she joined the Fritz Theater for a voluntary year. She then studied German studies at Chemnitz University of Technology and continued to work for us on the side. After graduating in 2023, she joined the management team.
